Maison Valdesay is a collective project that was started in 2017 by a group of friends that used to work in Chablis. The goal is to produce great values of refined Burgundies inspired by the long winemaking tradition of Burgundy.
Valdesay takes its name from old French meaning “Valley of Hope”.
Maison Valdesay collaborates with passionate winegrowers in Burgundy that farm old Chardonnay, Gamay and Pinot Noir vines on prestigious Burgundian terroirs.
Sommelier and Winemaker in Languedoc Frédéric Brouca leads the collective to interact, craft and blend the wines from Valdesay’s winegrowers.

This Bourgogne Chardonnay is well balanced with notes of citrus fruits, white flowers and honeysuckle. The result is pure, mineral and perfumed wine.

This Bourgogne Pinot Noir displays crushed berry with nuances of violet, cherry and notes of oak. The result is pure, mineral and perfumed wine. A classic Burgundian Pinot Noir.
